Apple iPhone 4

Apple has updated the venerable iPhone again by injecting a healthy dose of form and function. The iPhone 4 is a slender 9.3mm thick – the thinnest smartphone on earth. They’ve added a front-facing camera for video calling (via Wi-Fi), gyroscope technology, and increased screen resolution by 400% to 960×640.

The camera has improved dramatically. It’ll take 5 megapixel still shots, and real HD video – 720p at 30 frames per second. Also on board is an LED flash for night shots. Everything runs on a newly updated operating system dubbed iOS 4.

The iPhone 4 comes in black or white, and is available in either 16GB ($199) or 32GB ($299). Available for pre-order June 15th, ships June 24th.
